Longer lengths can be assembled, but tend to get quite heavy ~ approximately 100 lb for 100 ft. Use caution connecting flex drives, to an electric power unit, with lengths over 35 feet. Choose with or without Quick Disconnect. This essential component transfers the power from the motor to the head. It consists of a flexible wound steel cable (the core) inside a durable protective sleeve (the casing). Viber Vibrator flex-drives are oil, water and abrasion resistant and available in lengths up to 21 feet. Using Viber’ flex-drive coupler, shafts can be extended up to 35 feet in length.

Viber Flex Drives are reversible, fully greased, and ready to screw onto the Head. Connect opposite end directly to motor or use our Quick Disconnect fitting. Interchange ends to extend the life of the core and the casing.

These assemblies are ready to connect to any Viber Power Unit that has a Quick Disconnect installed. On one end a Drive Fitting is attached with Teflon® tape to ensure a secure watertight closure.
